Welcome to Two Birds in a Pod!

By using our website and purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

general

This website is owned and operated by Two Birds in a Pod. By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all site users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

product information

All of our items are handmade, and as such, no two pieces are exactly alike. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each product, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of salvaged and natural materials.

Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal  as payment.

  • We are unable to accept money orders or checks at this time.

Shipping/Postage/Packaging

  • All orders ship within two business days unless noted and are carefully and lovingly packaged by yours truly, Bianca.

  • Lots of good energy goes into packaging your goods!

  • All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and $100 insurance provided for USPS Priority mailings.

  • Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address given during checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way.  Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to process international orders.

Refunds

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase.
    Please email us within seven days of receiving your order at twobirdsinapod@gmail.com if you would like to request a refund.
    Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on returned items.

  • Because of the nature of our custom items (they are made just for you), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these products unless the item arrives damaged.
    We will contact you with updated pictures before we ship it to make sure you are happy with your order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
